Justin's journey into property operations began through service. What started with handyman work and helping homeowners solve everyday problems steadily grew through referrals and trusted relationships.

Rather than building Jireh around aggressive sales, Justin and Melissa built relationships around reliability, integrity, service, and doing what they said they would do.

Over time, homeowners entrusted the team with increasingly greater responsibility for their homes. Those relationships became the foundation of Jireh Homeshare Group.

Matthew joined Jireh's leadership in early 2026 as part of a strategic effort to prepare the organization for responsible growth.

He focuses on organizational development, systems, communication, property operations, homeowner relationships, accountability, and preparing the company to serve a growing portfolio without sacrificing the relationships that created it.

Steward & Company

Austin serves as Director of Outreach and Community Engagement for Steward & Company, the administrative firm that provides direct support to Jireh Homeshare Group and other related ventures across the SANDCO PROJECTS portfolio.

His work centers on relationships — connecting homeowners and partners with the right people and the right support, and representing the care and accountability behind every venture in the portfolio.
