A simple beginning
Help someone solve a problem.
Years ago, founder Justin Flores began helping homeowners through hands-on handyman and property work alongside his wife. One project led to another. One homeowner introduced another.
Maintenance needs became property-care relationships. Those relationships expanded into cleaning coordination, guest support, maintenance, administrative support, and increasingly comprehensive property operations.
More than 60 properties have now been served. In early 2026, Matthew J. Baratz joined as Director of Operations to help prepare the organization for responsible growth—building stronger systems without sacrificing the relationships that created Jireh.
